​​John Stacey is chief human resources officer of HARMAN, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.

John is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function globally, including people continuity and development, target setting, employee relations, compensation, benefit management and recruitment. He reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Mauser and is a member of the Senior Leadership Committee (SLC).

John serves on the Board of Gentherm Incorporated (THRM:US), a global developer of thermal management technologies for the automotive industry. He is also a member of the CHRO Roundtable, an exclusive group made up of senior human resources professionals throughout the U.S.

Previously, John served in various senior human resources positions with global beverage and brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (NYSE:BUD) from 2000 to 2008. Prior to joining HARMAN, his most recent position was vice president of People for InBev North America. John also held the role of vice president of People for InBev Eastern Europe. John started his career with Labatt Brewing Company Ltd. as manager of Human Resources and served as regional director Human Resources for Labatt, Atlantic Canada. In June of 2000, John relocated to the United States to assume the role of vice president of Human Resources for Labatt USA.

John earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.​
