A Journey of Growth at HARMAN
When Mike embarked on his HARMAN journey in
January 2022, he didn't just step into a new role. [BB1] [MM2] He and his team took the responsibility to
ensure that HARMAN has 'Ready Now' talent available to step into roles as
opportunities become available. Before joining HARMAN, Mike wanted to learn
more about what it might be like to work here, so he reached out to his
network. "Everyone I talked with spoke
positively about HARMAN's culture, about how supportive and collaborative it
was. Once I was hired by HARMAN, I experienced the same," he recalls.
As the Director
of Global Talent Management, Mike's role and impact touches every single
employee’s growth experience. "My team and
I are the architects of talent development here at HARMAN," he
