For Antonio, the Pride ERG is not just about organizing events; it's about creating a sense of community and belonging. bring people together and promote understanding, acceptance, and fun.
LaNeisha
For LaNeisha, Global Diversity Manager at HARMAN, inclusivity goes beyond policy—it's a deeply personal commitment to fostering a workplace culture where everyone can thrive. "Inclusivity is about the respect and acceptance you receive from your colleagues, regardless of differences.," she explains. LaNeisha underscores the importance of open dialogue and mutual respect in creating an environment where learning and growth are celebrated,
